Bug: Opponent Milled When I Drew A Card

So, my mill deck got my opponent to draw all of his Cards, it was my turn and before I made him draw a Card when he had none left, I wanted to do so at HQ full health, so I played 'Recruitment Drive' which gave me health and drew a random SPG or TD... my opponent immediately lost. He did not surrender, as he had a tank on the board (which I was about to finish off on the next move to mill him) which did not die. Also, the End of Battle Screen stated that he lost due to not being able to Draw a Card.
