What ever happened to NA players getting access to the pre-release packages that the rest of the world got? I mean were already the red-headed-step-children of the WG universe but can't ya throw the dog a bone?

Hey guys -
So what I have been told is that we will be getting them in our store so everyone will have the option to purchase them.
I have not been told when. I will continue to fight to get them sooner rather than later - but ultimately it is up to the devs to give the final say.

remember that all the training deck have the same stats and the pre-order HQ had to be changed as well that take time

Personally I was hoping the pre-order HQs would remain the same as they were originally, giving an option to choose the middle group with the standards or the different strengths variety with the premium ones.
