How is the points calculated for the hall of fame. At the end of the battle sometimes I get more sometimes less. Is it the more damage I do? Is it the more tanks I destroy? Win? Lose? Does anyone know?

It is a plethora of different variables.
Including but not limited to:
- Your Deck Power
- Your opponent's deck power
- How much damage you did
- How much damage you took
- Outcome of the Battle
- Total tanks destroyed
- Plus a lot more

What determines a player’s personal rating?
The personal rating value depends on the following factors:
- Number of battles fought
- Variety of cards used in battles
- Average deck power for last 100 battles
- Proximity to victory for last 100 battles (based on hit points of your enemy’s HQ and number of cards left in your enemy’s deck)
And what I noticed "Variety of cards used in battles" means +20 rating for new used card
