The Wargaming Community Team wishes you and yours and very Merry Christmas and a very Happy Holiday! We here at Wargaming will also be taking some time to spend with our family and friends, and enjoy the holidays!
Beginning Thursday, December 24 until Monday, January 4, the community team will be out of the office on an extended holiday break. This doesn’t mean we don’t love you anymore – we still do! But we want to have the opportunity to celebrate and enjoy our families as well.
The forums will still be moderated as normal, and Customer Support will remain completely available to assist you with any issues you have – CS will remain fully staffed and available to you for the entire holiday break.

Because we won’t be able to respond, and we don’t want anyone to feel they are being ignored, we will be turning off our Private Messages while we are away. We’ll turn them back on again on Jan 4 – any conversations you were having with us prior to them being turned off will become available again.
