Error with Firefox unable to play

I recently was accepted into CBT, however found that i needed a different web browser to play, np i downloaded the latest firefox ver 34, however when i go to play, it comes up with the same screen as if i was loading in IE, yet it tells me in this box that all i need is firefox ver 30+.

any help appreciated
